THE HUNTER CLUB FUNCTION ROOM HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The room must be used for the purpose stated when the booking was made and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that is not being used for the original intended purpose at any time and without refund.
Any buffets or food supplied or arranged by The Hunter Club will need to be paid for in full and final numbers agreed 14 days before the event, any monies paid are non-refundable.
Use of furniture is free of charge but in the event of the Club not being able to supply furniture no compensation will be given.
For evening functions the function room will be available from 6pm at other times the function room will be available by arrangement with the Club Manager a fee of £10.00 per hour is charged for access before 6pm. The bar will be open during our normal opening hours. 19:00 – 00:30 guests must depart the premises by 01:00 Guests should be made aware of these conditions to avoid any misunderstandings at the end of your function.
Live music may be performed 19:00 – 23:00 and thereafter recorded music/disco only, you must at all times adhere to the hunter clubs noise restrictions.
When hiring The Hunter Club sound system, you take full responsibility for its safe and proper use and accept liability for any damage caused by misuse.
No charge is made for cleaning but we ask that you leave the room in a serviceable condition, any damages or excessive cleaning required caused by the organiser or their guests will be charged for.
No apparatus, equipment or personal items of any description should be left on premises without permission of management. The Club accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of such items left after an event.
The Club reserves the right, without explanation, to refuse or cancel any booking.

All drinks, whether alcoholic or not must be purchased from the Club bar which is operated by Bury Bar Services Ltd 65 Guildhall Street, BSE, IP33 1QF. Exceptions to this may be made in special cases and only by expressed prior permission of the Club Management In such cases a corkage fee will be charged.
Hirers may decorate the hall to suit their function but the use of nails, sharp materials, sticky tape Blue Tac or any material that will damage the walls is forbidden
Anyone hiring the room will ensure that their guests do not take illegal drugs and their guests act in a sensible and responsible manor a threat of violence or aggression will be taken very seriously.
Any problems experienced during a function should be referred to a member of the Hunter Club staff as soon as possible.
Neither the Club, nor its staff, shall be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property whatsoever caused by or arising from the loan of its premises.
Under 18’s are permitted to attend private functions.
Persons under the age of 18 must be supervised by an appropriate adult and must not enter any other part of the venue.
Any unsupervised person under the age of 18 will be asked to leave any part of the venue that has not been hired or allocated for a private function, after repeated requests to leave licensed areas designate for the sole purpose of late night refreshment they will be asked to leave the venue.
